IR BATI is a general civil engineering company specializing in building, fitting-out and renovation work. Since 2021, the company has been involved in various construction projects in the private and public sectors, with a capital of 500,000 Dhs.
In compliance with the provisions of decree no. 2-94-223 of June 16, 1994, IRBATI has obtained a classification and qualification certificate from the Ministry of Public Works, Vocational Training and Executive Training.
IR BATI aims to improve the efficiency of professionals, the quality of projects, collaboration between the various stakeholders and the use of resources (such as time and costs). The aim of this approach is to optimize the design and maintenance of structures, while seeking to improve worksite planning.
To realize this vision, IRBATI plans to integrate tools such as BIM (Building Information Modeling) in the medium term. This approach will enable information to be shared throughout the project lifecycle, helping to produce excellent, sustainable results.

Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: All our teams are made aware of safety regulations, and site managers are trained in these standards (generally NF C 15-100).
Draw up a prevention plan during site preparation meetings. It describes the risks that may arise during project execution and the preventive measures to be taken. It includes instructions to be followed in the event of an accident, as well as emergency telephone numbers. It is sent and commented on to all the teams involved, as well as to the prime contractor, project owner and safety coordinator.
